Shipping policy

Our current TAT (turn around time) for items NOT marked RTS (ready to ship) is 5-10 business days, or possibly before (depending on readily available materials on hand). Business days are weekdays M-F, excluding any holidays that may fall within the business day week. Also please be advised of slower processing and departing ship times through USPS. If you should receive a notification saying your item(s) have shipped, it doesn't necessarily mean it’s in automatic tracking and moving mode. We have no control over any of the tracking or any package(s) once it’s released to USPS. Any and all concerns or inquiries regarding an order should be sent by email to shopcanyonco@mail.com.
